Production Capacity : Our facility has a significant market share in the sector by producing a total of 17,000 kg/day ring yarn in a 20,000 m2 modern indoor area and with a capacity of 10,600 spindles Compack and 21,800 spindles Ring.
Number of Yarns That Can Be Produced: Currently, in our facility, Ring Carded yarn in the range of Ne 10/1 - Ne 30/1 and Combed yarn in the range of Ne 10/1 - Ne 40/1 are produced in knitting and weaving torsion.
What is Ring - Compact yarn ?
Ring yarn is produced from long fibers of cotton. Ring yarn is divided into two as carded and combed. The difference between the two yarns is due to the combing process. The combing process is the intensive combing of the raw material (cotton) that feeds the machine with the help of combs in the machine and the separation of the short fibers of the cotton in this way. Depending on the cotton used and the machine settings, 5%-25% of the fiber can be removed from the raw material and evaluated in different ways.
The difference between combed yarn and carded yarn is that it is produced using longer fibers obtained after the combing process. In this way, much finer count yarn can be produced. This yarn, which is produced in high quality, has an extremely flat structure, is softer and has high absorbency; is used in the production of shirts, underwear, women's clothing, and high quality duvet covers.
In recent years, with the rise in living standards, carded and ring yarns have been used in the home textile sector, and sleep quality has been increased along with softness and naturalness. In addition, in industrial uses (Hotel, Restaurant and Hospital textiles), it has increased quality, extended its lifespan and provided advantages for businesses by preserving its first-day plain appearance until the last use.
Carded and combed yarns are of higher quality than open-end yarns. Since integrity can be achieved with less twist during the production phase, it has a softer and flatter texture than open-end yarns and has higher absorbency. In addition, the deformation rate called pilling or lice in fabrics produced with these yarns, which are also quite strong, is very low. However, it should be noted that the cost of these yarns is higher than open-end yarns.
